collected from visitors in a general enquiry long enough to fulfil the
users request, transaction details will be held on record (with only
required customer data - Name and Email, Credit card information will
not be held on the web site or its server). Cookies are small text files placed within the users hard drive, which holds small tokens of information which is then used by the browser. Your goods will be delivered using either a
recorded Royal Mail service for smaller items or a specialist carrier
for larger orders. Delivery charges are shown when you place an order. When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal in order to make payment, registration is free of charge and provides enhanced payment security. You will receive a separate notification of payment from PayPal via email. PayPal accept payment by all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by another method please contact fp sports Ltd to arrange details of this. (Top) Returns fall into two categories, i) defective items or ii) unsuitable items. In the case of defective items then, upon receipt of the returned item, fp sports Ltd will immediately endeavour to replace the item at no extra cost to the customer. When the purchased item is deemed unsuitable for the customer, yet is in perfect condition, then upon receipt of the returned item fp sports Ltd will endeavour to replace the item with a more suitable alternative. This replacement item will however be suspect to a further carriage charge. When returning goods to us we suggest, for your own security, you use a recorded delivery service.
